Padded and lined with nylon and cotton with a ribbon-trim and soft, fleece blanket and pillow attached. Attached to one edge of the mat the fleecy blanket measures 29.5" x 28". The mat is very light weight and has thick, comfortable polyester filling . Easily rolls up for the toddler to carry. The mat is machine washable, just remove the pillow insert first then machine wash cold,delicate cycle, then hang to dry or dry flat. Do not dry in dryer..
